Our approach to acting training is imaginative, spontaneous, and intelligent.We are about emotional depth and truthfulness, connection to the reality of the moment, and serving the writing as creative storytellers.
David's most influential teachers and mentors have been Philip Bennett (Sonia Moore), Richard Seyd (The Trigger Approach), Gary Imhoff, Al Mancini, Tom Keegan, Mark Jackson (Art Street Theater, SF), and Nan Crawford (Pacific Playback Theatre), to name a few. Lineage-wise, David’s teaching is influenced by the teachings and writings of Stanislavski, Michael Chekov, Stella Adler and Sanford Meisner.

As an award-winning actor and director, David Perez Babich offers his expertise and inspiration to students who have a desire to work toward artistic and technical mastery.He has directed and cast films, podcasts, live action dubbing sessions, animation projects and music videos. Clients include Netflix, Disney, Iyuno, Pixelogic, Encore Voices, History Channel, Sugar 23 Productions, Enlightened Pictures, Benjamin Goldman Productions, Dick’s Sporting Goods and many others.Acting credits include Grey's Anatomy, Grownish, Liza on Demand, Why Women Kill, Criminal Minds, General Hospital, 9-1-1, American Housewife, American Crime Story, Get Shorty, and Killing It.David holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Vocal Performance from UCLA, a Certificate in Classical Acting from Bennett Theatre Lab, and a Certificate in Film Directing from Los Angeles City College.
